Our Return Policy
At Vea Cerrera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find a problem with the quality of our products, we offer a straightforward exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Timeline
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as final sale at purchase)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as "non-returnable" in product description
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service atadmin@veacerrera.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll email you a return authorization and shipping label
- Package Item: Securely pack the item in original packaging if possible
- Ship Return: Use the provided shipping label to send the item back
Voucher Process
- Vouchers are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Vouchers will be sent to your email address and can be used for your next order
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your voucher has been issued
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.
Price differences will be handled as follows:
- If exchange item costs more: You'll pay the difference
- If exchange item costs less: You'll receive a voucher for the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately atadmin@veacerrera.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or issue a voucher for the full amount, including shipping costs.
